it was a good day for surgery

ldyicefire's mom had ovarian cyst surgery today. Luckily nothing was malignant & they were able to remove the two cysts without having to remove an ovary or give her a hysterectomy. Hopefully ldyicefire will get to call her tomorrow.
~Bobby (one of our cats) had his 2nd surgery today. Last week, we took him in to get fixed & something got botched... apparently one of the vet's technicians screwed up and picked up the wrong surgical glue bottle & things weren't healing properly. Or something. We haven't gotten a totally clear answer as to what happened. So today he went in to have sutures (we worried about him all day, since it would be his 2nd time under anesthesia in a week) & will be coming home tomorrow. The vet called us after he (Bobby) woke up from his surgery & told us that he's doing very well. In fact, he had just eaten his dinner!
It'll be good to have him home again. The Munchkin misses him.
Ok, now I really am going to bed!
