Feb. 6th, 2005 10:34 pmDid you know that Lapsang Souchong and Russian Caravan teas were the same thing? I didn't.
Lapsang Souchong is one of my favorite teas. I wish I could drink it at night, but I've never found it in a decaf version.

Mar. 28th, 2004 11:57 amWhy is it that I have over 30 different varieties of tea, yet I end up drinking the same 5 over & over again?

Numi Bushmen's Brew

Mar. 28th, 2004 01:50 amIf you're a fan of PG Tips tea or Wallace & Gromit, you might enjoy watching the commercials from the recent PG Tips ad campaign.

The commercials are created by Aardman, the people who created Wallace & Gromit and Chicken Run, and star the "T. Birds", four claymation birds who are friends who share a flat.

Sep. 3rd, 2002 10:38 pmTonight after dinner, Nexus, the Munchkin,
ldyicefire and I went to a tea shop that specializes in bubble tea and other tea drinks. Bubble tea and pearl tea freak me out. It looks like you're sucking caviar up through a straw in your tea. I opted for a mango smoothie while the Munchkin got a strawberry milk tea, Nexus got a green apple tea (it tasted a bit perfumey to me) and
ldyicefire got a mango tea, sans bubble.
Afterwards we walked up Castro Street and wandered into Books Inc. and browsed for a while. Ended up buying quite a few books (clearanced books are a great thing).
I think now it's time for popcorn and some taped episodes of Iron Chef that we haven't seen yet.
