Jun. 14th, 2002 04:50 pmI'm making homemade spaghetti sauce today. I haven't made any from scratch in a few years, and had some meats and veggies that I wanted to use up, so sauce seemed like a good idea.
I hope it's good. I've been working on it for hours. It's made with garlic, onion, fresh basil, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato puree, 1 can of whole tomatoes, bay leaves, red wine, charbroiled chicken legs, cooked pork steak, and linguicia.
Must keep stirring, don't want the sauce to stick and burn!
