If I have no more than 4 hours of sleep, I can function & do reasonably well.

If I have between 5 hours or 9 hours, I can't function.

If I have 9 hours or more, I'm ok, as long as I don't have over 12 hours (however, my getting 12 straight hours of sleep is pretty much unheard of, so it's not even worth worrying about).

If I have less than 4 hours of sleep, it's much more difficult to function than having no sleep at all, unless this is a nap. I haven't quite figured out how the naps work yet, but they make me feel worse 90% of the time.

And I can't remember the last time I had uninterrupted sleep, much less the last time I had 9+ hours.
