Tomorrow is actually my scheduled day off, but I've been home 2 days already. I'm starting to get antsy.
I guess I'll try to be productive tomorrow. I have 20 pounds of potatoes that I need to can & a pumpkin that I need to process (cut up, peel, steam, and freeze or can)... I suppose tomorrow's as good of a day as any to do that. I might even make some pumpkin butter!
(And yes, I know I can't home-can pumpkin butter... too much of a botulism risk. I can freeze it though!)
