getting ready for tomorrow
Nov. 4th, 2002 01:21 amYou know, I copied down my schedule for the week, but I can't figure out where I put the thing. All I can remember is that I work tomorrow &
ldyicefire and I have a day off at the same time.
Since I work tomorrow, I'm fixing my lunch right now: brown basmati rice & kashmir spinach. I have a few of those ready-to-eat, shelf-stable Indian entrees, so as soon as the rice is finished, I'm putting some in a Ziploc bowl, opening the pouch of kashmir spinach, putting some on the rice, popping a lid on it & sticking it in the fridge.
Come to think of it, I'll probably have enough for 2 meals worth... that's 2 lunches packed.
I'm still sick... had to work at the register all day with barely a voice. I brought home some green tea/echinacea lozenges (RI-COLA!!), some l-lysine tablets & some soy yogurts, in hopes that the herbs & the friendly bacteria will help me fight this off. L-lysine is suppose to help the body fight viruses, so I figured it couldn't hurt to grab some.
