what's wrong with me?

spiderdustI was out of the apartment for a couple of hours today & was wiped out & exhausted before 12:30pm., and nearly fainting with the effort it took to walk from the car back into the apartment. Something is not quite right here.
I've got the words "chronic fatigue syndrome" ringing in my head again, words that I had thought were gone. I had figured that I was misdiagnosed and my problems were really the hypoglycemia & arthritis. Heck, even when I was being diagnosed, I was told that they weren't really sure what was wrong, but that CFS seemed to fit. (Back then, CFS was pretty much a "catch-all" diagnosis.)
Yet here I am again, too winded from a hearty morning of sitting down.
I can't stay like this. I have to go back to work tomorrow, I want to see people, I need to function. I don't know what's going on.
