life goes on

Yesterday, someone came by the demo station and told me that someone else I knew had died.

While she was telling me this, two people who I hadn't seen in a very long time came into the store.

At the same time, two other people I know came into the store & exitedly began to tell me about something wonderful that had happened to them.

It was a surreal moment... bad news on my left, old friends in front of me, and good news on the right, all at the same time.

In that moment, I realized that the one constant in life is it goes on. No matter what happens, life continues.
