When I was a young teen, my dad always made a big deal about how pentagrams were symbols of Satan, and that any group who used them were devil worshipers and I should avoid them at all costs.

I don't go to the Mormon church anymore, so maybe I'm a bit out of the loop... but will someone please explain to me why there are PENTAGRAM WINDOWS ON THE NAUVOO TEMPLE?!?!?!

(To clarify, I usually refer to star-in-circle-pointed-up as pentacles and star-in-circle-pointed-down as pentgrams.)
