now what?!?

I'm still having problems with popups when I start my computer (browser's not even open! Why are there popups!?!) and my homepage keeps changing to something that tells me there might be spyware on my computer (no, really?) and tries to offload a bunch of trojans.

So what's still wrong?

Can anyone find any info on group B strep infections in adults, that has nothing to do with pregnancy? Because I'm having a hell of a time finding any.
