Silly Purple Hats Day... a new tradition

It started with this post...

Today was the one year anniversary of ldyicefire's mother's death. In her post about it today, ldyicefire said,

"She was supposed to grow old and wearing silly purple hats and be a wonderful silly old women... and she never will be..."

I decided that if her mother couldn't wear silly purple hats, then today we would wear them for her.



So we did.
We wore them all day.
ldyicefire said her mother would have approved. I think so too.
