where did all of my energy go?

This is getting ridiculous.
I know the trip was exhausting, but I still shouldn't be feeling this wiped out. I know it's not a blood sugar problem, but I feel so drained. I went out with my family earlier to the discount book store & that seems to have sapped what little energy I had left. All I've been able to do since then is just lie on the couch.
