We bought half a flat of strawberries for the picnic on Sunday, and didn't go through nearly that many. So, before they go bad...

Yes, at this hour too. They won't last until tomorrow. We have some no-sugar-needed pectin, so we're going to attempt to make some sugar-free jam. For my local hypoglycemic & diabetic friends, you just might get some in your Yule basket this year.
