May I have a drill for my head now?

I've been battling headaches lately. Needless to say, this hasn't put me in the mood for posting, and I've been sleeping a lot. I've also been threatening (jokingly) to drill holes in my skull to relieve the pressure and make the headaches go away, although I have a feeling it wouldn't make my head feel a whole lot better.

I'm going to turn in, read some more of the Harry Potter book I've been reading, tape Buckaroo Banzai off of the SciFi channel, & get some sleep. Here's a time waster for you in the meantime:

-=Contacted an attorney today, explained the situation to him. He's going to research a couple things and give me a call back tomorrow.

-=Still have that persistent headache, although I can sometimes zone it out. I am becoming one with my headache.

-=How can a child with night owl parents be a morning glory?!?

-=Organized a bunch of videotapes today, labeling them & such. I've been trying to videotape a bunch of stuff that we like to watch, like Iron Chef, Farscape, Good Eats, and a bunch of other things from FoodTV. This way we won't miss it when we cancel cable next month.

-=It is considerably hotter today than it was all weekend. Bleh.

-=Would it save money to shut down the computers at night, or would I just be wearing out the computers?

-=I finally have watermelon again! I melon-balled half of it yesterday & have been munching on the melon balls all afternoon. Nexus suggested using an ice cream scoop as a melon baller, but ldyicefire and I just chuckled at his silly idea.

-=I'm a little annoyed that my parents didn't call Munchkin on Saturday to wish her a happy birthday. I wonder if they forgot what day it was. I wonder if once my sister has her baby, Munchkin & I will end up fading into the background.

-=Who knew Tori Amos could take an Eminem song and without changing a single word, completely change the feel of it?

-=Interesting drink trivia: a Bloody Mary made with gin instead of vodka is called a Red Snapper.

-=I should probably start dinner. I think we're having chili tonight, or something like that. I've already made some sourdough bread to go along with it.
