spiderdustI will exercise for (at least) 20 minutes a day (at least) every other day.
I will make sure I drink 64+ oz. of water each day (I used to do this, but I got out of the habit over the last year)
I will make an effort to get adequate rest. A minimum of 6 hours of sleep per night, but more would be better.
Basically, I'm going to take better care of myself.
I'm sure there are more goals that I could set for myself for this year, but these are the ones off of the top of my head right now.
OH! I remembered another:
make an effort to get more quality time with the people I care about.
