spiderdust | evening turns into night

Went to the Los Altos farmer's market tonight. For some reason, the bakers that we like weren't there, and the egg guy wasn't there (and I really needed eggs!)... it didn't quite feel like the same market.

However, the crepe guy was there, so we were happy. Nexus got a crepe with butter, cinnamon & sugar, the Munchkin got one with strawberry jam, and

ldyicefire and I went all out: she got one with strawberries and Nutella, and I got one with Grand Marnier and apricot jam. Mmmmm...

You know, I'll bet a crepe with bananas and Nutella and Grand Marnier would be good... I wonder if the crepe guy would make one for me sometime.

I also picked up some varieties of summer squash, some Japanese eggplant, some white peaches, some mangos, some bananas, something called "pluots", some dill & basil, a variety of salad green, and a bunch of sausages.

These are really good sausages. We got some apple spiced chicken sausages, 2 packages of whiskey fennel sausages, and some cheese & herb sausages. We still had a pack of their jalapeno & cilantro sausages, so I've made those and the apple sausages for dinner. (Yes, we eat late.)

Now we're just waiting for

ldyicefire to get home so we can eat!
